Tesla coil (49/180)

W attended his MCCC classes.  Here's W working on his first 'long' paper:



J attended ballet, hip hop, and tap classes.

Everyone attended their MAHC classes.

R had a soccer practice and game.

D went to Jukebox Musical Theater and circus.  Here she is at JMT:



Everyone attended their religious education classes.  Here's W with the youth group:



If you're counting that's 12 places the kids need to be in the course of one week.  Every week.  Through November.  Soon to be 13, once Nutcracker rehearsals start.  What were we thinking?

R ordered a kit to make a Tesla coil and has really enjoyed putting it together and playing around with it:


The International Space Station went over us on Friday in clear skies after dark but not too late.  We all enjoyed spotting it!


W worked with LOF.  He read independently.

R worked on multiplication facts, used Explode the Code, and read independently.

D worked with LOF, Explode the Code, Handwriting Without Tears, and journaled.  She read with support, completing Where Is Niagara Falls?Where Is Niagara Falls? by Megan Stine.

J worked with LOF, Handwriting Without Tears, and practiced reading, mastering Cat and Mouse (Scholastic Bob Books, Set 4, Book 3)Cat and Mouse by Bobby Lynn Maslen
