Two cars to Texas (94/180)

We traveled through Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, Tennessee, and Arkansas to spend the Thanksgiving holiday with family in Austin, TX.  W helped drive as we took two cars to accommodate our dog.  There was food, family, and roller-skating.

Reluctant Parrot (92/180)

R attended his Young People's History class.  He attended his Boat Build class, which was a field trip to Carpenter's Hall:


W attended his MC3 classes and worked at Weaver's Way.

J attended her Scene and Play Acting class and her Modern/Lyrical dance class.


D and J attended their science documentary watch club: Intelligent Trees. They attended their MAHC class and their religious education classes.  Here they are in their phys ed class:



D worked with Mammoth Math and read with support.

Oh, Cherry Pie ... (86/180)

R attended his Young People's History class.  He attended his Boat Build class, in which they built model boats and floated them:


W attended his MC3 classes and worked at Weaver's Way.


J attended her Scene and Play Acting class and her Modern/Lyrical dance class. She also was able to get her first dose of Covid vaccine!



D and J attended their science documentary watch club:  Cosmos: Standing Up in the Milky Way. They attended their MAHC class, where they made art using cloth and plants, and their religious education classes, where J illustrated new member certificates.




D attended her ArtBake group, and illustrated a poem she wrote about the pie-making activity:





W and R attended a hike in The Willows with their youth group:



D worked with Mammoth Math and read with support.

Submarine (80/180)

 R attended his Young People's History class.  He attended his Boat Build class, where they toured a submarine among other things:



W attended his MC3 classes and worked at Weaver's Way.


J attended her Scene and Play Acting class and her Modern/Lyrical dance class.


D and J attended their science documentary watch club: Bugworld: Do Bugs Rule the World. They attended their MAHC class and their religious education classes.  Due to our dog seeming rather ill (turned out she was fine) D ended up teaching our MAHC lesson on quilt-making since I was taking the dog to the vet:



They also had fun in the phys ed class:

D worked with Mammoth Math and read with support. She started practicing her ukulele more regularly:
