Repetitiousness

Robin worked with Saxon Math 1 today.   The topic was paying for things using dimes and pennies, and he was very confident and able to do it easily.

Robin did a word worksheet.  Apparently I should have been giving the worksheets to him repetitiously (the same one each day for a week or whatever) all along, because I got lazy and started doing that instead of mixing them up and lo and behold, he can read all the words on this one without prompting after about 3 days of it.  Good to know.  I read to him.

Including a book about animal tracks.  It pointed out that dogs have a 5th toe, and Robin was excited to examine our dog and find out that yes, he does have a 5th toe!
