Here she is in her ballet class:
All the kids attended their MAHC classes. D is taking Ancient Writing and enjoying her homework:
All the kids went skiing at Jack Frost! I was very proud of how they all worked together to teach J how to ski, and how W stayed mostly with her while D and R did some more adventuresome slopes.
R took an Outschool class on Extreme Animals: Poison and Venom.
D went to circus.
W went to the UUA's Youth Ministry Revival social justice conference.
R, D, and J went to their religious education class, which included some yoga:
W read independently: The Looking Glass Wars by Frank Beddor. R read with support: Hurricane Katrina, 2005 by Lauren Tarshis. D and J practiced reading.
W and R worked with Life of Fred. R completed Life of Fred: Decimals and Percents by Stanley F. Schmidt. D and J played card games for addition practice.
D and J and I continued our journaling about children's books from the class I am taking:
I read to the girls: A Handful of Quiet: Happiness in Four Pebbles by Thich Nhat Hanh Pop Pop and Me and a Recipe by Irene Smalls-Hector
The Cricket and the Ant: A Shabbat Story by Naomi Ben-Gur.
This week included 6 days of instruction.
