All the kids went to their new MAHC classes. W is taking Current Events, Yearbook, and Movie Class. R is taking Current Events, Teen/Tween Storytime, and Movie Class. D is taking Air Dry Clay, Fairytale Cooking, and Spring Read-Alouds. J is extremely stoked to be taking not only her 4s & 5s class, but also participating in the Fairytale Cooking class I am teaching, along with her best friend.
W attended his Teen Coop program. He played D and D several times. D went to circus, J went to Ballet.
They all attended the MAHC talent show! J was the only one brave enough to perform (in two separate sets!)
R, D and J attended their religious education program.
W, R and D worked with LOF. W read independently. R read with support. D mastered
The Red Hen by Bobby Lynn Maslen. She also worked with Handwriting Without Tears. J practiced reading, and worked with Explode the Code.I read to the girls:
Terrible Storm by Carol Otis Hurst
Twelve Terrible Things by Marty Kelley
Mary and Her Little Lamb by Will Moses
Fancy That by Esther Hershenhorn
The Story of Snow: The Science of Winter's Wonder by Mark Cassino
Ballet for Martha: Making Appalachian Spring by Jan Greenberg
