Cutting the cord

Robin's sister was born very early this morning at home.  Robin was asleep during the birth but woke up afterwards to meet the baby and observed the placenta and newborn exams.   His first thought when we told him we were going to have a baby was that he wanted to cut the cord, which he got to do, with some help from his 3 year old sister and our Certified Professional Midwife:
