Robin attended his religious education class, which focused on mind games and puzzles. He discovered sodoku! He also had another chance to play creatively in Minecraft. Robin exercised. He helped his brother bake a chocolate cake from scratch.

Friday, August 29: 27/180

Robin spent hours and hours playing cooperative exploration and building aspects of Minecraft with friends today. Much of his Minecraft time is spent playing "mini-games" which is not terribly educational - but this play on local networks/privately set up servers with friends he knows is much more creative and demanding of logical thought. He exercised.

Thursday, August 28: 26/180

Robin worked with Saxon Math 3. He worked with Handwriting Without Tears, Explode the Code, and read a Bob Book. I read to him: Who Has What?: All About Girls' Bodies and Boys' Bodies by Robie H. Harris

Robin worked with Saxon Math 3. He also worked with Handwriting Without Tears, read a Bob Book, and worked with Explode the Code. I read to him. Robin exercised.

Sunday, August 24: 24/180

Robin attended his religious education class, which focused on the values found in the game of Twister. Robin exercised. We made a variety of fly traps out of plastic bottles and various flavored waters as a science experiment. So far, none have caught anything.

Robin went for a bike ride and worked on a neighbor's improvised zip-line.
