Robin worked with Saxon Math 1 today.

He read a Bob Book and I read to him.

Including an article about a fungus that grows on the skin of amphibians.

Creek

Robin attended his religious education classes, which focused on David and Goliath, and Buddhism.

He went wading in the creek (yay, Spring!)

Zeus

Robin worked with Saxon Math 1.

He read a Bob Book and I read to him.

Including a book about Zeus and one about the origins of the alphabet.

Potomac River

Robin worked with Saxon Math 1 today.

He read a Bob Book and I read to him.

Including a book about Mexico.

He went on several rambles in the woods and near the Potomac river.

And he went sailing!

Earth Day

Robin attended a celebration of Earth Day, including bubbles, yarn, spray bottles, and glitter.  Here's a picture:

Trojan Horse

Robin worked with Saxon Math 1.

He read a Bob Book, and I read to him.

Including a book about the Trojan Horse.  We discussed terrorism and Russian geography.

We went for a walk.

Volcanoes

Robin watched a documentary about the disappearance of the Minoan civilization. 

They were impacted by a volcanic eruption, so we made a baking soda and vinegar volcano, and read a little about chemical reactions.

And baked a cake using the same chemical reaction.

We went to the library, a 2 mile walk.

Grasslands

Robin worked with Saxon Math 1.

Robin read a Bob Book and I read to him. 

Including a magazine about grasslands.

Kitchens Lane
