Way Behind On Blogging
So, a week ago Day (Robin's baby sister) got sick, and that pretty much absorbed all of our time and energy for several days. She is feeling much better, and the rest of us are slowly coming back into "normal" life.

Wol-F-y
This week Robin started saying "Wol-Fy" instead of "Wol-Y"!
Not ALL the time, but enough to know he knows how to do it.
He is very interested in our dehumidifier (borrowed for the winter). He loves to dump the water out.
And he learned recently that he really CAN build with Lincoln Logs if someone helps him with the foundation of the building.

Busy, busy, busy
Oh, dear. I haven't kept up very well with Robin's blog.
Well, here he is with Wolfy in his (Wolfy's) Gi. Robin has been faithfully watching Wolfy's Aikido classes (he's not old enough to participate.)
And here's his "weather" craft from last week's library Storytime:
He knows the letters in his name very well!
One other notable recent activity is going to his own religious education class at church. He's in the 4s/5s class and he loves it. Wolfy is in the Primary class, so Robin doesn't have to share!

My Little Lactation Consultant
Robin has found a new way to help with his little sister: "I want to latch her on!" (Her latch is actually fine, BTW.) Robin holds the back of her head while she's latching on.
It's pretty cool that he says "I" and "her" though. He really didn't use either pronoun until the week she was born.
Right now he is in the kitchen working on putting on his own clothes (having got, as is his custom, completely naked to use the bathroom.)
This is from yesterday helping try to remove an old railing (the can is WD-40.)

What Robin's Been Doing
Today:
Helped make pancakes for dinner.
Walked down to the river.
Gave his sister lots of kisses.
Took a bath.
Demanded I make a paper airplane - "The Hammer".
Asked me to read his brother's comic book The Giant's Feast to him.
Knew what sound the letter "P" makes.
LOVES to play roughhouse games with his Daddy.
Among other things.

Just Like My Brother
We are starting a blog for Wolfy's homeschooling record keeping and (as with everything) Robin must have one too!
I don't expect to update this one much, unless Robin insists.
Not that he isn't learning. He is, constantly. It's just that the state has no right to interest in what or how he's learning until 2011.
